Student Work
As a visual artist and educator, I strive to create an environment that allows my students to create, learn and discover things about themselves. Teaching art is as much about self-exploration as it is about technical skill development which is why I work to include both conceptualism and technique in my classroom curriculum. Taking risk is difficult for many young artists, but it is one of the most profound methods for learning art. With that risk can come failure, but failure is not permanent. With determination and a little problem solving, my students work through their failures and turn out amazing works of art.
